As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Job contingent based on passed Property & Casualty license within 30 days of employment.
- Sales experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
