My name is Dionne James, and I am proud to serve individuals and families throughout Miami, FL as a State Farm agent. Originally from the beautiful island of Jamaica, I have had the opportunity to live in diverse and vibrant places including Antigua, Barbados, and Canada. Those experiences shaped my appreciation for culture, connection, and the importance of looking out for one another.

Before entering the insurance industry, I spent several years in the corporate world, where I gained a strong understanding of how financial decisions affect everyday life. Over time, I felt called to make a more direct impact, which led me to transition into insurance so I could help people prepare for the unexpected and protect what matters most.

Today, I work closely with Florida families to provide guidance and options that support their goals and long‐term security. I am a wife and a mother of two, and family plays a central role in everything I do. I understand firsthand how important it is to protect the people you love and the life you’ve built. Community involvement is also meaningful to me. As a former Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor, I have seen how encouragement, consistency, and support can make a lasting difference.

I also work with small business owners through Business Insurance and assist with Health Insurance and Pet Insurance needs. In addition, my office can help with Banking, financial services, using high‐level guidance aligned with individual needs.
